We only partner with verified and trusted merchants, and take special care to ensure that every product delivered to your doorstep is of the highest possible quality.


While we deeply care about our customers, we also care about our delivery partner’s safety and well being. Therefore, we do not penalise our delivery partners in any form for any late deliveries. Also, delivery partners are allowed to take more time than the projected and promised delivery time under the following circumstances:

  • 1) Unprecedented and uncontrollable situations like health emergencies, heavy traffic, construction, vehicle breakdown, and inability to find addresses given by customers.
  • 2) Single order containing products from multiple categories.

Any delays due to the above mentioned reasons would not be compensated by Glido, and no cancellations or refunds would be processed for the order.


All the products and deals shown are subject to availability of stock.


We are committed to offering the highest quality of products. To ensure that, the products offered by Glido are made to undergo some rigourous quality control checks which are as listed below:

  1. 1) Wear & Tear Test - There should be no wear & tear to primary packing.
  2. 2) Quantity Control Test - The quantity billed to the customer must be equal to quantity sent.
  3. 3) Sample Test - Quality should match with sample sent to customer.
  4. 4) Potency Test - Small/Unwanted particles should be limited to 1% of the total quantity.
  5. 5) Moisture Control Test - Moisture should be within the limits mentioned in the app.
  6. 6) Insect Control Test - No insects or bugs should be present in the material.
  7. 7) Hollowness Test - Rice & Dal should not be hollow.

Refund Policy

If the goods delivered fails any of the quality control tests mentioned above, customer will be eligible for raising a refund request.


The request can be raised via delivery partner or our helpline number available on website and mobile application.


Subsequently the goods will be checked by a Glido representative and if any of the above mentioned tests fail, the invoice amount will be refunded within the next 4-5 business days via the original mode of payment.

Privacy Policy

Glido app was built as a Free app. This SERVICE is intended for use as is.


Any attempt to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity or abusive behavior; to disable, interfere with, reverse engineer, copy, tamper, or circumvent any aspect of Glido is strictly prohibited. Any such attempts will have legal consequences as a result of intellectual property theft.


This page is used to inform visitors regarding the application policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use Glido.

If you choose to use Glido, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing functionality and improving the Service.

For providing the basic functionalities and a better experience, while using our Service, We require you to provide us with an Email Address, Phone Number, and Delivery Address. No other personal information is required for availing the functionalities of the application. All information is securely transmitted in an encrypted format to our database over secure channels. We do not share this information with any third party or retailer and we do not use this information for any kind of analytics. We only share delivery address with our personal delivery partner for completing deliveries. Your personal information will not be used for any other purposes like advertisements, analytics, and/or email advertisements. The information is solely collected for providing functionalities on Glido. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We are using Instamojo, a third party service to facilitate online payments.

We make sure to store all sensitive information like passwords and OTP in ecnrypted format in our database. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
